With Coordinating Schedules: Interior Finishes, Interior Doors, Plumbing Fixtures, and Interior Lighting  

• For new construction our floor plans include layout and design of the spaces & rooms; including walls, door & window locations and sizes, ceiling heights, and other features.

• An interior finishes plan notes each floor finish, wall covering, ceiling paint, and other accent finishes for each space, plus notation for transitions between flooring types.

• Installation direction for linear floors such as hardwood, or stacking pattern for tile

3D Modelling and 2D Interior Elevations of the Home

• Interior 3D Perspective View still shots at key locations
